today's kitchen performance was the lousiest. but not all 3 spillage are caused by us, and the fire wasnt our fault too.



talking about fire, im referring to real fire lei! not very sure what caused the pot to be on fire, and its those really huge flames shooting up kind. wasnt sure cause when i look up there were already a flame burning and the hilarious thing is, someone shouted and the rest remain really calm and look at the flame continue burning before chef do something about it.

but the smoke afterwards was really strong, chao da like mad.

lucky the kitchen didnt burn down, or else no more duck confit.
anw i made duck confit today, to be precise, i was in the duck confit group, but all i do is saute peas and onions. did vege 2nd time out of 3 times in top table eh, and another time was ceaser salad, vege also. ):

sidenote: i think i said f*** alot times today, maybe god will forgive me about it, cos i was really speechless and that word came out instead. someone was just being too ridiculously ridiculous! blame her.
