I met a ( swear words ) customer today, he request for the customer feedback form and said he is hoping for a better staff in fish&co. Our conversation went on like this:
angmoh: another coke for me.
me: ok
later on...
angmoh:give me half cup of coke ..
me: errrrrr sir we dun have a refill for ur coke, maybe you want to order another one?
angmoh: i just want half a cup of the coke
wth, I really duno how to answer that stupid request of him, who the hell will order half cup of coke from a restaurant? then do I charge him the full price or what? come on lehhhhh AngMoh! Be a little bit smart can. Anyway, he requested for the customer feedback and of course he will made a complain by saying we have lousy staff like me and there's no half coke offered in Singapore, then go back to Australia and have your coke refilled. If doing f&b line is like this, I guess i 've chosen the right course to practise my patience.
Shilin met us today, we had some lesson at ECP and I think it was really useful for me. Start from my Jerusalem and love God and people. love people, YA, it applies to the case up there. Hope this group will grow, every Sunday it will grow.
